Sorry that I haven't posted many new pics for my blog, just lots of pics of family and friends (that I won't post on a public blog). Anyway, I still have a huge back catalog of old pics to share, to keep everyone interested until I come up with a new project. I'm going to Tokyo and Osaka again in November, and maybe Okinawa (where I'm originally from). I'll post a picture a day during these times.... but enjoy these pics for now......

Trafalgar's Bistro
If you've ever been to Sweet Obsessions on W.16th, just a few blocks West of Arbutus, then you have to have brunch and dessert at Trafalgar's Bistro. It's 3 stores East of Sweet Obsessions, and in fact, the original Sweet Obsession cafe was actually part of Trafalgar's Bistro. If you look at Trafalgar's big green awning, you will actually read "Trafalgar's at Sweet Obsessions". Every dessert served at Sweet Obsessions is also served at Trafalgar's. You pay a bit more at Trafalgar's, but as you can see in the picture, you get more (as well as better ambiance and service!!). Enjoy the pics!!

Impromptu Fisheye Lens
A new car that's well washed and polished, a beautiful day, and interesting buildings close together make for a great reflection shot..... taken in Osaka in 2009 while visiting my bro and his wife...... in case you're a car buff, it's the equivalent to a Lexus RX350 here, called the Toyota Harrier........
