My 3rd instalment of my review of the Fujifilm GFX100S. In this full review I share with you sample images, my shooting experience, my pros, cons and overall thoughts on this 100MP digital medium format camera from Fujifilm.
Also check out my first impressions article on Fujilove Magazine on the new GFX100S:
This is a weird one. Talking head video test with the new Fujifilm GFX100S + GF50mm f/3.5. Why would anyone do this? Well, if you already own this camera, you know that you can still use it for talking head video, as well as video conference calls. This can shoot up to 4K 30FPS at 400Mbps in H265 4:2:0 10-bit internal, which is pretty darn good for medium format. The biggest weakness using medium format for video? Rolling shutter and memory card space. Check out my test in my latest Youtube video.
Check out my latest video on the new Fujifilm GFX100S. Is it worth $6000 USD? Well, yes it is, especially since the 4 year old GFX 50S is still currently selling for $5500 USD. For $500 more, you get twice the megapixels, IBIS, the latest X-Processor IV, new battery system, and a new design. However, you are missing the removable EVF, optional battery grip, no external battery charger, no D-Pad and a few other differences. Do you need a modular medium format camera? Then maybe consider the GFX 50S, or perhaps its replacement. Check out the video for more information.

In my latest video on Youtube, we discuss using lens adapters and 3rd party lenses on your Fujifilm X Series cameras. When is it worth adapting older legacy lenses to your mirrorless camera? Are inexpensive 3rd party lenses from China any good? Is it better to stick to OEM lenses from Fujifilm? I'll try to answer these questions and more in this video.

My latest article for Fujilove Magazine explores the evolution of Fujifilm's design language from the previous GFX 50S to the latest and greatest GFX100S. Although the overall feel is similar, the shooting style is very different. Fujifilm has slowly been moving away from traditional dials and the D-pad, and moving towards virtual dials and on-screen navigation. What do you think? Is this an improvement or a step backwards for Fujifilm? Check out my article and let me know in the comments section. Everytime you click and check out my articles on Fujilove, you're supporting my channel. Thanks and happy shooting!
In my June 1st article for Fujilove Magazine, I decided to write an article about my street portraiture adventures with my iPhone in the old days of my blog and Instagram account. Even before the pandemic, I was moving away from these impromptu meetings with random people, and I realize how much I missed these interactions. Check out my article and enjoy my past pictures as well as my future goals with my street portraits.
I haven't done a Leica video in a while so I'm pretty excited to have all the latest and greatest cameras from Leica at BHT Studios. Thanks for watching and let me know on my Youtube video comments section which camera you want me to review the most. My guess is that it's the Leica Q2 Monochrom.

Last year was a tough year for travel, but a great year for bag reviews for me. Because I didn't really go anywhere, I had more time to test out various bags. Check out my latest video where I feature 3 of my favourite EDC bags for 2020-2021. I'll continue testing more gear, let me know on IG, Twitter, and Youtube (no comments here, sorry) what you want to see me review.
